Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Introduction
Wandava ("we", "our", "us") helps travelers find destinations they can visit with their passport. This policy explains what information is processed when you use wandava.com.
2. No accounts
Wandava does not require an account. The passport, visas and departure airport you choose are stored only in your own browser (local storage) so the site can remember them. They are never sent to our servers, and you can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count page views and clicks on "Search flights" buttons. Umami does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not store your IP address. We only see aggregated statistics such as page views, referrers, country and device type.
4. Affiliate partners
When you click "Search flights" you leave Wandava for our partner Aviasales (via Travelpayouts). The link contains our affiliate identifier so we can earn a commission if you book. The partner's own privacy policy applies on their site. Wandava loads no script from this partner.
5. Third-party resources
- flagcdn.com (country flag images)
Fonts and icons are hosted on our own servers, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts.
6. Contact form
When you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, message and, for visa error reports, the passport and destination you enter. The message is delivered to our inbox by our email provider Brevo. We use these details only to reply to you and to correct our data. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't store your message anywhere except our email inbox.
7. Passport alerts
If you sign up for passport alerts, we send your email address and the passport you chose to our email provider Brevo, which stores them as a contact. Brevo first sends you a confirmation email, and you are only added to the alert list after you click the link in it. We email you only when an entry rule changes for your passport.
Every alert has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us at contact@wandava.com to delete your address. We don't sell or share your address, and we don't use it for anything other than these alerts.
