1. Agreement to terms

By using wandava.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Travel information is not legal advice

Visa and entry information on the Site is compiled from public datasets, is general in nature and may be out of date or incomplete. Entry is always at the discretion of the destination's authorities, and requirements can depend on your purpose of travel, the length of stay, passport validity, transit points and other factors. You are responsible for confirming requirements with official government sources before booking or traveling. We are not liable for denied boarding, denied entry or any costs arising from reliance on the Site.

3. Prices and costs

Daily cost figures are rough estimates for planning only. Wandava does not sell flights or show live flight prices; flight searches are handled by our partner Aviasales and we may earn a commission on bookings.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text and code are owned by Wandava or its licensors. Underlying public datasets remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
